Acquisition Innovation Advocate
This training will focus on the Department of Homeland Security's Acquisition Innovations in Motion (AIiM), and specifically, its Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL). AIiM is a structure and framework for communicating the Department's approach to industry engagement and targeted initiatives designed to improve the manner in which it does business. This training will discuss the opportunities and challenges of the AIiM and PIL initiatives, as well as strategies to communicate the benefits of these and similar structures to internal and external stakeholders.
